Do you have the backup-folder from iTunes ? Do you know where to put the backupfiles ? (e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\ApplicationData\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\) If you do that, you will find your 'old' device (same name) and then you can import via iTwin.
